Are your products medical devices?
No. All Noraya Co. products are cosmetic and personal care items. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always follow your surgeon's post-operative care instructions.
Can I use these products right after surgery?
We recommend following your surgeon's guidance on when to begin any post-procedure care routine. When in doubt, check with your healthcare provider before using any new product on healing skin.
Are your products reusable?
Yes — our silicone scar strips and drainage sponges are designed to be reusable. Rinse with mild soap and water, air dry, and store in a clean place between uses.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the US is 5–10 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping times and costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Due to the personal nature of our recovery products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
How do I request a refund?
